Dario studied and/or worked in Hawaii, China, California, Austria and Bosnia. He received his J.D. and LL.M. in Transnational Business Practice from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento CA, and the University of Salzburg in Austria. Prior to Blueseed, Dario served as Director of Legal Strategy for The Seasteading Institute and worked at multinational law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is passionate about connecting people and businesses around the world.
After Blueseed, Dario joined Koinify, a cryptocurrency crowdfunding startup.
Dan is a serial entrepreneur and software engineer based in Silicon Valley. Prior to Blueseed, he founded the Quantified Self Forum, worked in satellite communications, and co-authored several IT books. He was named #1 Romanian Entrepreneur to Watch in 2013 by Wall Street Romania and spoke at the Bitcoin 2013 conference.
After moving on from Blueseed in Q4 2013, Dan co-founded two web startups, worked at Google on a leading open-source project in the Corporate Governance space, and then as a Developer Advocate. He continues to be a seasteading ambassador and open-source contributor.
Max, the son of two Cuban immigrants, has been passionate about entrepreneurship and technology from a young age. He received his undergraduate degrees in Global Political Economy & Philosophy from Muhlenberg College in PA, and his MBA from the University of Miami. Before joining Blueseed, he was Director of Business Strategy at The Seasteading Institute, the world’s only think tank researching ocean communities.
After moving on from Blueseed in Q3 2013, Max co-founded VOLO, a peer-to-peer mobile platform for sharing street parking.
